Utilizing the Perfect Balance sequences will provide you the power to strengthen your mind/body connection on a cellular level. Use the PB landmark on the sleeves when the poses require balance, alignment, or positioning. Press into the arms and acquire the muscle memory needed to stay calm and go deeper into the pose.
